Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Webwright's website and any services purchased through it. By browsing this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Webwright ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, development, and related digital services. Our services are sold and processed through Whop, our payment and delivery platform.

2. Services

We offer productized and custom web design services, including but not limited to the Launch Site, Studio Site, and Custom Build packages, the DIY with AI course, and the Studio Care retainer. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are described at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any project for any lawful reason.

3. Payment and Fees

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by Whop and is subject to Whop's own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

For milestone-based engagements (Custom Build), payment is due according to the schedule stated in the scope agreement. Work may be paused if an invoice is overdue.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding and checkout.
  • Supply any content, branding, copy, images, or access credentials required to complete the project in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any material you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Delays caused by missing client input extend delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Revisions and Scope

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Further revisions or additions to scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before work continues.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your project, excluding any third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) which remain subject to their own licenses.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Any non-public information you share with us in the course of an engagement will be held in confidence and used only to deliver the agreed services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webwright's total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If you terminate after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of [JURISDICTION].

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
