Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Webwright collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and the message you send.
- Purchases: when you buy through Whop, we receive your name, email, and order details. We do not receive your full payment card number.
- Site analytics: aggregated, non-identifying data about how visitors use the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- Deliver the services you purchase.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, project updates).
- Improve the site and our services.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
All purchases on this site are processed by Whop. Your payment information is submitted directly to Whop and is subject to Whop's Privacy Policy. Webwright does not store, process, or have direct access to your card details.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use minimal cookies and analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function as intended if you do.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services:
- Whop — payment processing and product delivery.
- Web3Forms — contact form submission routing.
- Whop hosting — website hosting and infrastructure.
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices and may process data on servers outside your country of residence.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Purchase and project records are retained for as long as required to support the engagement and to satisfy tax and legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email gjnnell@gmail.com.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools we use to run the business. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.
