Launch Site ships in five days. Studio Site takes ten to fourteen. Custom Builds run four to eight weeks depending on scope. The clock starts the day we have your content and payment, not the day you sign.
A logo if you have one, any photos or brand assets, the copy you want on the page (or a rough outline we can tighten), and your domain name. If you don't have these, we'll guide you through what to gather — the Setting instructions page walks the full list.
Yes. Everything we build is yours on delivery — the code, the design, the domain, the hosting account. We don't hold your site hostage and we don't charge a release fee.
We don't host directly. We deploy to platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages under your account — free or near-free at your scale. If you'd rather not manage that, Studio Care ($150/mo) covers hosting management, uptime monitoring, and monthly backups for you.
On Studio Site and Custom Build, yes — we set up a CMS so you can edit pages and blog posts without touching code. On Launch Site, you get the built code; small text edits need a developer, or you can add Studio Care for ongoing edits.
The support window (14, 30, or 60 days depending on tier) covers bugs and small changes. After it ends, you can hire us per-change, or move to Studio Care ($150/mo) for a standing 2-hour monthly content-edit allowance plus maintenance.
Modern JavaScript — typically React, Next.js or TanStack, and Tailwind CSS. Fast, well-supported, and easy for another developer to pick up if you ever move on. We don't use page builders or drag-and-drop platforms that lock you in.
Full refund before we start the build. Once design and development are underway, refunds are pro-rated against work completed. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
Yes. Adding pages after launch is priced per page — $25 per additional page on Launch Site, $15 on Studio Site. If you need a major expansion, we'll quote it as a Custom Build.
All payments run through Whop — card, ACH, or PayPal. One-time builds are billed upfront. Custom Builds split into three milestones (40 / 30 / 30). Studio Care bills monthly and can be cancelled any time.
